“My cleanings were free!” you say, quite bemused.

For dental insurance is not what it appears!

They say, “We will cover! We’ll pay for your care!”
But when you need treatment? Poof! They’re not there!
They cap what they pay—oh, the tricks they have played!
Their limits have not changed since Disco’s decade!

Your last doc was “free” because he had to race,
Cleaning your teeth at a breakneck pace!
Rush, rush, rush—he had no time to spare,
For insurance paid him a measly bus fare!

But here in our office, we do things just right,
We take time and care—no rushing in sight!
We use the best tools, the finest supplies,
Not bargain-bin fillings or discounted tries!

Now you may still ask, “But what shall I do?”
Fear not, my dear patient, we’ll still bill for you!
Your plan may send money—yes, straight to your door,
Though it may not cover the whole of the chore.

But ask yourself this, when all’s said and done,
Do you really want rushed care for something so fun?
(Okay, okay—maybe it’s not quite a treat,
But shouldn’t you still get the best for your teeth?)

Kevin Walker, DDS & Mae Lee Springer, DDS offers many options for payment, including finance options through Care Credit and Wells Fargo Health Advantage®.

We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards as well as most major credit cards. We expect payment at the time your treatment is performed. Feel free to contact our office if you have questions or would like to discuss financial arrangements.
